We have installed dedicated machines for Solid Carbide Hobs in Class “AAA” accuracy. Solid Carbide material gives good production as well as cutting high Rockwell hardness components. These hobs are made to cut Small micro pitches. Three different Solid Carbide types are employed for Hobs: grade "K" grade "P" and "G". All these grades are supplied by STC. Each Grade has different compositions depending on its final application.
